John was referred to me by my realtor since she had health issues.

This was back in 2017 and it was not for me,but a friend of mine. I was involved with my friend and her dealings with John, that I knew if I ever needed a realtor, that I knew John was trustworthy and knew what he was doing. So with that said, a house 2 doors from my friend(the one that used John in 2017) was coming on the market and I decided to downsize and become debt free. I without hesitation called John and purchased the house. Then with John's excellent knowledge and advice, I did what he recommended for me to make my house more appealing and sell-able and I felt like I was working with a friend, not just someone that wanted a paycheck(like most realtors, in my opinion). John cares for his clients and makes you feel like you are the only client he has. He takes the time for you to understand everything, no matter how many times you ask him the same question. I would not hesitate to tell anyone his name and number, if they needed a realtor or a friend. HE IS GREAT ! ! ! ! ! !

"John represented the buyers of my property. Working with John was a nightmare. He was fixated on minor issues, annoyed my realtor and myself to no end with ridiculous requests, such as changing lightbulbs and requesting multiple gutter cleanings because he saw leaves on the roof in fall. After closing the borderline harassment continued with new requests such as missing a garage door remote and complaining about work completed that he requested but wasn't apparently up to his expectations or liking. If you'd like an agent that will annoy and pester the other party in your transaction then John is your guy!"

"John was our realtor when we purchased a home in 2013. The buying market was very hot and he guided us through our first home purchase when there were tight deadlines, multiple bidding wars and a very tight supply of homes.He was always available to show us a house and we received daily emails with any new listings so that we could jump on it before the homes went under contract.We is very knowledgeable about the entire home buying process, looked out for us in the negotiation phase (including getting intelligent conditions in the contract) and referring excellent companies for the various services required when buying a home.When we look to buy or sell again, we will definitely be using John's services."
